I am mid 30s and fully in menopause. In an effort to get my sex drive back, I asked my doctor to lower my progesterone dose from 200 mg oral to 100 mg.

Things have been fine at new dose for two weeks and then yesterday, I experienced rage I haven't felt in forever. I have felt emotionally unstable all day, said something thoughtless and unkind to a friend.

I just want to know if the lowered dose could cause me to feel this way and if I can expect it to continue or if there is a chance it might get better. FWIW I am on 2 mg oral estrogen and injectable testosterone as well.
