Anyone else’s dog get horribly disgusting scabby hotspots around their neck and on cheeks from any sort of wetness or dampness? I just took his collar off and it still happens - just playing with the sprinkler or the hose is enough to cause issues. Wondering if others have this problem or if I need to ask the vet about it
