My friend and his ex wife are expecting a baby. She had a paternity test done and he did come back as the father. He is trying to hard to get more time for his son (their oldest 3) but she’s just not following the custody order at all and doing whatever she wants. Now with the new baby she is saying she will not let him be on the birth certificate because she doesn’t want him to have any rights to the baby. He’s heart broken. Can’t afford a lawyer and just doesn’t know what to do. Can she legally keep him from being on the birth certificate and apart of that babies life?
