I just paid off my parking ticket and haven't seen a single tree blocking a road. It makes sense. The powers of the DMV got so pissed that they decided to befriend some eldritch being to send them to fromville. Nobody understands why theyre all there and cant seem to find this connection because they dont see parking violations as an issue. This will reveal itself in the series finale and the show will be revealed as a massive PSA to pay your parking fines and violations.
