Does your foot normally hurt like hell if you stretch it weird?
If I stretch my foot in a weird way then my foot will hurt like hell, this has been happening for years and I can't do it in demand.(This usually happens when I'm in bed so it's not like I hit something and it's not that glitchy thing. Also don't try to diagnose just say if it's normal or not)
