My main concerns are my tip definition and alar width, both of which bother me most from the front view. I feel like a lot of post-op results look great in side profile but the front view is where I really want to see the difference.

I’m going for a refined, sculpted look, noticeable improvement but still natural, not overdone. Open to bridge augmentation if it complements the overall result.

I’ve been doing a ton of research but got overwhelmed by the sheer amount of info out there.

Would love surgeon recommendations from people who’ve had similar concerns or have seen strong front-view results for tip and alar work.
