Recently purchased a 1950s house in a TC3 area, came with engineering report saying earthquake damage had been repaired and some cracks had been repaired in concrete base. Had a builders report also which didn’t raise anything major.

Clearing some shrubs around the house this weekend revealed this crack, it is around 1cm thick at the top and narrowing as it gets closer to the ground. This is around 20cm from the corner of the building. Not really sure how this could have been missed in building report.

How major is this and what would a repair on this look like / potentially cost?
