Yesterday, immediately after log in. I got kicked back to main screen to log in again. Thought it was odd.
Went through the whole process again, and immediately as I hit enter, I received a permanent suspension.
No emails. No warning. And now the hell of Etsy bots and no humans.
Worst part? I am strictly a buyer. Not seller and have 2 paid for orders and 1 custom and no way to follow up on anything, including tracking when the packages ship!
I've been a customer for many years, same account, same phone number. Never any issue.
Now...likely my VPN...which I've used for years on ETSY...suddenly a problem and no direct way to contact a human to figure out what actually occurred!
Anyone else have horror stories? Anyone ever recover their accounts or have problems getting paid for items?
