Light brown sugar
Just want to know what thermomix's definition of light brown sugar is. Americans confuse the issue between raw sugar and brown sugar, and now the options in Australia have diversified and all I want to do is make a batch of good old fashioned anzacs and I can't remember if they normally have brown sugar or raw sugar in them?
