These are just my own personal observations; I still feel empathy for Edward. Especially so with him being the one making the apology. It feels like he’s being made to be their scapegoat. Mary Liz seems to almost be smiling at times. It also seems like she’s just having a normal every day conversation. Britt seems angry and frustrated to be in this position. I’ve not yet figured out how to put into words how I feel about Richard. Wondering about the current dynamics of their relationships. Again, Britt seems upset and bothered to be in this position. He’s been acknowledging Richard but I’ve not really noticed him paying attention to Edward (or ML). The lady brought them a pitcher of water and cups. It’s sitting in front of Richard. Both Richard and Britt have poured cups for themselves. I thought at one point Britt was going to pour a cup for Edward, while Edward was speaking, but no such luck. It just appears to be a rocky road between Britt and Edward (and his wife).
