Hi everyone, just want some advice and encouragement.
I am severe social anxiety and feel stuck in my current role.
I currently am a parts person for a smash repair company.
This is not a customer facing role. It consists of admin work and the other half is moving heavy boxes around.
I am a female and want to get a job that is not in the car industry anymore but my severe social anxiety is making me feel stuck and unable to apply to jobs with any customer facing roles.
My goal is to be able to work in a full admin position that does not consist of any heavy lifting and less hours as currently I do over time everyday and feel exhausted.

I guess my question is, what advice of encouragement do you have for me or even suggestions on what kind of roles would suit me.
