I tip on delivery by percentage of my order. If I do it that way and a higher ticket item (~$50) is out of stock, does that reduce my tip? I forget to check that and my orders tend to be around $200 with some heavy/awkward items (but not in an apartment or up any stairs).
This has been SUPER rough. Pain still not truly "controlled", but becoming more tolerable. I came home on day 8. I have managed to help with some things around house without pushing too hard. (Folding laundry, dishes, some parts of meals).
So much of my pain is in the shoulder blades, so I am assuming from nerves and/or the muscle dissections. TBH, I don't really even feel the incision, because there is so much pain elsewhere.
Left hand/arm was dead when I woke in recovery. I'm sure due to swelling around nerves. Working on that slowly, using them as much as I can, but the dropsy is real. Ready to be a little farther down this road.
