Have any of you experienced back to back adrenaline dumps coming off paxil? (not panic attacks but they cause a panic attack if you don't get ahead of it). I was literally jumping out of my sleep heart racing terrified skin crawling hot flashes then last about 20-45 mins then when I would come down I'm freezing cold. It's terrible, it legit felt like opioid withdraw. Went from 40 down and once I hit 5mg I started having the dumps.. I went back up to 10 and am slowly but surely stabilizing it was the worse week ever. At least I'm not at 40 anymore and I don't feel numb or irritable so I've been having a bit of luck today.
