In NYC 60yr old female, Zygomatic upper dentures, lower stabilized plate w/4 implants / dentures. The Teaching Hospital, physician states I have a lot of bone loss and would need zygomatic implants. Dentures since age 42. I read they are rare, is it worth it? Please, what are the risk?
