I’m 5’1, 128 pounds, and in perimenopause.
What do you all eat, specifically, to stay in a calorie deficit each day to lose weight and not gain more?
I’ve gained 13 pounds in less than one year and have not made any significant changes to my eating or exercise habits. 🙁
