I am using a throwaway account, or at least one where I feel safe using to predominantly post in subreddits like this due to the sensitive nature of what about I'm discuss.
I will try to not make this very long.
About a year ago I started discovering my psychic abilities, and at the same time a couple moved in. The husband is retired military and the wife is a psychic. Knowing that the military trains their soldiers in the art of psychological warfare, I was a bit suspicious, and as time went on, I would find out why.
I was invited once to come over, at the time I didn't know she was a psychic. But when we were getting to "know" each other she was asking me weird probing questions that I later realized was a means to lower my mental defenses. Shortly after I left I experienced psychic attack that was sexual. I felt like there was a weird sexual attraction taking place that forced me to go into meditation and repel whatever it was. I later found out that dealing with underlying sexual traumas is the first stage of spiritual awakening.
As time went on, I never went back. But I saw that they started inviting other people in the neighborhood over eveey week on Fridays. Since I never went back, I looked like the odd ball. Being a small community everyone knew each other so I got accustomed to them giving me the evil eye.
Well, I would have dreams of the couple where I found out that they were likely astral projecting into my dreams, learning about the content within my subconscious mind. Ita gotten to the point that whenever I try to meditate, images of them especially her, would show up, and it would become a distraction. I eventually fight back and found ymsrlf engaged in psychic warfare. Little did I realize that i was strengthening her, so much so that I think she's become an egregore within my subconscious.
I've tried cord cutting and expelling their energies. But it just doesn't seem like it's enough. A year later I managed to move to another state, and while Im no longer immersed in their energy, I did have a dream about them a day after I moved. I was mocking them, telling them that they could no longer torment me.
Now, I still feel like the attachment is subtle. Even if I cord cut or push them out of my energy, I still like they, especially the wife, has become so attached to my subconscious that I don't know what to do anymore. I don't know if they're psychic spies, but I just want help...
Does anyone have any rituals or advice to give to ensure that they are never able to connect to my energy again? I don't know what to do at this point...
