What am I supposed to be studying 😔

Guys I studied so hard I knew all these topics.. I studied from 3am still till 1pm i covered ecology, transport, coordination reproduction excretion enzymes photosynthesis immunity genetics and a bunch of others but I knew almost nothing in this test... I cried so much. My next test is in 6 days how can I properly prepare for this is only did past paper 41 variant from previous years maybe thats where I went wrong :(
