Millinette vs gederal
I was on millinette for 7 weeks (after no BC for 3 years) but had a heavy 14 day breakthrough bleed so my pharmacist switched me to gederal & advised to start taking directly after millinette no break.
First 7 days of gederal have been spotting/light bleeding.
So i’m now 8 weeks into combined pills but only 1 week on the Gederal. Advice online says for breakthrough bleeding take 4-7 day break of pills but is it too early to do this? Should i persevere to let the hormones settle?
Whats everyone’s experience with both millinette or gederal. I’m not sure if i just didn’t give millinette a long enough chance?? Is gederal a better option??
Plus anyone prone to breakthroughs or heavy bleeds whats your birth control solution? Almost every method i try i get unpredictable breakthroughs.
