I am a 25 year old woman and my husband and I feel like this ultrasound looks like our son is holding something. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? We thought it could be another baby, but our doctors never said anything about it so we didn’t push further. We wanted to ask to see what anyone else thinks. We were unable to get an ultrasound around the 10 week mark because of insurance reasons, so this was our first scan of him.

I have another ultrasound at 36 weeks.
