Update from my last post a few weeks ago. I was having tons of issues with my Esterbrook Estie <extra fine> nib writing borderline <broad>. Thanks to all the lovely folks in this sub, swapping to a drier ink and pointing me in the direction of Nibmeister Damien of All in the Nib and his custom <needlepoint> nib grind, my Estie now writes to my style and my liking.

Thanks again to everyone who stopped in and left som much appreciated advice! (now to fix the thick ass Lamy nib)
