My mom is going on a job trip to china. I would like her to bring a Steam deck if possible.

She'll be visiting Shanghai and Beijing. She might buy a Samsung S26 ultra. And I will be pleading for a steamdeck.

I want to guide her to a trusted shop as she isn't well off with tech and also i need it to be as cheap as possible (256/64gb model, refurbished will work or even good second hand will work too I suppose).
