What we built: Collabute is an AI teammate that captures context from meetings and Slack, then turns it into Linear/Jira tickets, decisions, and workflows — automatically. We're not a note-taker. We're not a PM tool. We sit invisibly between conversation and execution.

- Launched Feb 2026 (2 months ago)
- 2 paying customers
- ~38 users acquired in 90 days
- Peak WAU: 10 (Product Hunt Launch)
- Current WAU: 3–4
- DAU: 0–2
Yeah — we had a launch spike and then churn. That's the thing keeping me up.
What I'm NOT looking for:

- Sales pitches for your agency/tool
