Is it possible to turn yourself around in space?

If I sit on my very smooth office swivel chair, I can kind of make myself turn around to face the other way by wiggling. But I think I'm still using air resistance and friction.

In space, if I'm floating about in a space suit in the vacuum of space, can I make my body face the other way, say 180 degrees? Will I keep spinning or can I make it stop?

This has been bothering me for a long time and I can't go to space until I solve this.

Am I right in thinking you have to take it really slow at first on reddit?

I've previously joined reddit and suspect my account was flagged or whatever because I posted too quickly. I even tried posting in here straightaway, but it was filtered by reddit! And a post I made on my profile disappeared.

I've had this account for a few weeks and I've taken it very slow - hardly any comments and very basic posts with no pics. Is that the best way to safely build up a status with reddit that means filtering is less likely?

Thanks all!
