Hello everyone, I'm strongly considering getting bottom surgery (either phallo or meta, but leaning towards meta currently) and I was wondering if vaginal atrophy stopped entirely for any of you? To put it bluntly, it has been ruining my life and makes my bottom dysphoria 10000x worse and I just really hope that meta can solve this.

Does UL also solve this too? I am susceptible to UTIs and urethral irritation, so would UL make this better or worse?

Thank you in advance for any responses, I've been losing my mind over this and I just wish for a permanent solution outside of localised estrogen because it really doesn't do much for me at all.

Hello everyone, in the future I'm planning on (hopefully) getting phalloplasty. I've got a question for those who have had it about UTIs and general vaginal pain, does it go away? I know anybody can get UTIs of course, but with pain such as atrophy and general irritation that can happen when you're someone with a vagina, does that stop? I'm trying to phrase this in the best way possible (if anybody wants me to rephrase lmk) but it's what gives me the biggest source of dysphoria. I hate the susceptibility those with vaginas have to UTIs and just the pain having one can come with, so I'm praying this is greatly alleviated if not completely eradicated after phallo.
