I was selected in this April’s lottery, and my lawyer has already started filing my petition. Based on past timelines, I was expecting it to be approved before October under regular processing, assuming there’s no RFE. I’m COS in the state. Any one has any ideas or insights about what the timeline looks like now? I’ve been hearing there are quite a few delays with H-1B processing.

I’m considering PP if it will be a significant delay. Thank you for your info!
