Would it just be like someone helping you pull a rope, or do the benders actually feel what they are bending?

Speak sparsely unless absolutely necessary. Everyone has different experiences in life, and we cannot judge another's thoughts or actions unless they are entirely inhumane. Feeling is how we learn, and those who speak more than they learn are doomed with unsurety and concern, especially if we do not recognize that there is always more to learn.

Be there for everyone, not only your friends and family during the hardest times. Karma will always find it's way back to you.

Try to remove the word "I" from your vocabulary in any conversation, as it is only feeding your own ego when doing so, and largely not productive to those around you. Instead, try asking more questions about other's thoughts and feelings, then only giving "I" statements when you are fully aware and experienced in what is being discussed.

Assimilation is the key to humanity's survival. We are all the same in some way, whether we admit it or not. Separation is simply an illusion. Yin and Yang both hold a piece of one another. Balance is the natural order of the universe, and this will never change.

As above, so below.

Approval from others should never affect your life.

Everyone has problems, don't spread your own.

Create more than you consume in all aspects of life.
