My daughter got into Comms with Management option, and we are weighing it against BComm in Marketing Mgmt from Guelph, which is more math-heavy.

She is most interested in the marketing courses, which is part of the BBA (not accepted).

As a BA Communication Studies student with the Management Option, can she enroll in senior BU marketing electives (e.g. BU432, BU472) as free electives once she's completed BU252? Are there enrollment restrictions for non-BBA students? Thanks!

My daughter got accepted to Bcomm Marketing Mgmt, and we are weighing it against Laurier Communications + Mgmt degree due to the math.

Midterms were 52 in grade 12 functions, but about 70 in data management.

Based on your experience in Bcomm taking Business Math, Accounting, and the Statistics required, how hard would this be, considering the lack of understanding of functions? She has a tutor and does math help, but she doesn't grasp it. How much of this type of math is in stats or business math?
