Exploring Jibhi/Shoja and Shangarh - 28/Female - slow and solo

Hi everyone,

This is my third solo trip to himachal and this time I have decided to explore Jibhi, Shoja and Shangarh. I heard about Jibhi when I came to bir last year June 2025 from fellow dorm mates.

I have a remote job and I feel I have started enjoying solo travelling more than waiting for my friends to confirm and tag along on any adventure.

If anyone is travelling to any of these places between 11th May - 24th May 2026 I would love to catchup.

Last month I went to Dharamshala and it was a great experience meeting locals through bumble they helped me explore city better and also one of my connection helped me with Triund trek. I used bumble for the first time to make friends with locals in himachal but it was an experience in itself.

But this time I have decided to see if I am able to connect better naturally without any intermediate platforms like bumble/hinge. I have always been an extrovert person but lately I have been having difficulties in starting/initiating conversations, I overthink alot and prefer not to speak. I want to overcome this phase and make new connections while exploring these beautiful locations.

This trip for me is very special as I have recently switched job and I am super grateful to god for being super supportive throughout. I want to reward myself for all the hardwork I have put in my previous role and super charge myself for next stinct. Hehe fun fact I am starting my next role next week from mountains ⛰️🌄

Again adding - If anyone is travelling to any of these places between 11th May - 24th May 2026 I would love to catchup. I look forward to stay recommendations and nice cafes to work from.
