I’m 5.5 months into 60mg Atogepant/Quilipta and have severe fatigue where I’m bed bound most days with dark red eyes. it’s helped a bit with the pain levels but not with aura/vestibular symptoms. But it’s no quality of life when I can’t leave the house.

Did anyone have this extreme fatigue with Quilipta but then a positive response to the injectables? I’m worried about it being a CGRP reaction but the injections obviously stay much longer in my system.
