I'm currently working on a C-level manager job that requires pretty specific hard skills in a pretty specific industry. I'm starting to get desperate and feel stuck because the pool of candidates I've submitted to the hiring manager is quite small, so I'm questioning my sourcing abilities. Is it fair that I failed, or is it just the market? How do I know if there are any candidates out there, or if the problem lies with me?
