for those of you who have done bwsi in the past, what is the time commitment like for the virtual program? how flexible are the hours? it runs from 10am-6pm, but are we actively on zoom that whole time?

i just got into cog*works (virtual) and was wondering if i can balance that with an in-person class that goes from 1:30-6:30pm on mon tue wed and thurs.
