So in my area in pa typical 3/2 goes for 300-400 can be more if more land. The demand is there but I wanted to build smaller than 300-400k average sq ft which is 1200-1700. The demand for ranches of one floor and basement is crazy around me. Can you not take conventional loans and only accept fha and va so they have the opportunity to buy?
I am giving birth in July and I dont have really a plan per se as to how I will continue or how business will go. But I have colleagues who will help and my office will help with anything I got going on so not too worried about my current clients active in pipeline.
Just curious how others did it ? Also this is my 3rd and I plan to breastfeed and pump. I have a 7 and 6 year old. I never did the wearable pumps so going to see how that goes.
Any advice or tips ?
Anyone able to do a full material take off for me ? For 1200 builder grade sq ft home ? Builder grade.
Also any systems great for a newbie learning new construction of small builds 1500sq ft and less.
