People, if they would have announced this at earnings, the stock would have dropped 40 to 50 percent in one day. A 300 million dollar dilution is less than 10 percent of the market cap. Let's say they released all 300 million shares today. That would translate to a less than 10 percent correction in the stock price and then we move on. Moving on means that the 300 million adds to the cash runway and solvency of the company, maybe even an acquisition or two. I'm fine with this. What I am looking for is for OASYS to start hauling it in. GLTA.
