Rebalance 401(k)? still with old employer

Spouse has about $250,000 from prior employer 401k account with Fidelity. It’s been sitting in the account for two years now and it’s made some money. It’s 50% stocks and 50% bonds, should spouse rebalance it? Spouse prefers to leave it with the old employer that’s why it’s still there.

Would like to retire at 60, can I?

49M and one teenager, college is cheap so will have that covered.

$34k in pension
$344k in 401k, and will contribute the max until I retire
House is worth $370k, balance is $90k and house will be paid off in 6 years.
No car and no cc paymets.
HYS $25k

Monthly household expense is $3500. If I do retire at 60 will have to purchase health insurance in the open market. Will cost me roughly 350 a month in premiums.
