For Context, We have a middle schooler who Plays Lacrosse. The Current Rec season for spring 2026 has been cancelled due to low participation. We have been engaged with the league from 2019, however every year its a big struggle for the organizers to have a full team at every level from K-8. We tend to Join with Lucas, however due to their program growth that has been stopped (They can have whole team on their own). Hear from Current varsity coaches and players Plano Varsity team is pretty good, however there might not be enough players stepping in for graduating students.

My concern is Allen, McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Lucas are able to build full teams. We are always on the verge of collapse after each season. How could we build the team with good strength. The fee Plano charges were significantly half of all the other neighboring city that charges (Organizers tried to provide waiver for kids who couldn't afford). Plano has three boys lacrosse team but we are tattering to have a single girls team. Is this across all girls sports or because the demographic is aging out.

For Soccer the school is informing about varsity coaches having Summer camps, however there is no outreach for Lacrosse either from the coach or varsity team
