Is anyone else having this issue in Delta Force?

I have my region set to Europe only, but in Operations mode I constantly get matched on Asian servers (Tokyo/Hong Kong/Singapore) with 250–300 ping. I checked with ExitLag and it clearly shows JP Tokyo servers during matches.

The weird part is that Warfare works perfectly fine and puts me on EU servers with 30–50 ping, so it doesn’t seem to be my internet.

This never happened before and only started around 3 days ago. It feels like after the queue time gets too long, matchmaking starts searching outside Europe even though EU-only is selected.

I already contacted support multiple times and they are not answering me.
Does anyone know a fix or is Operations matchmaking broken right now?

I am from EU and i didnt have this problem before but this game puting me on NA or Asia or some servers every expect europe when i have lowest ping on operations, i also ALWAYS check europe its only checked server
