Whenever I am at a standstill and I want to get into the First Gear it feels like I have to push with ALL my Strength for it to go in and going from first to second also feels quite tough, BUT if I'm rolling at like 5km/h or around that, going into first gear is smooth like butter. This didn't use to happen when I first got the car but suddenly it started giving me this problem.

Furthermore, going into reverse makes the entire car kind of jolt and give a very loud crunching sound.

I don't know if it is related or not but after I downshift for engine braking and I go into a lower gear, let off the accelerator and then press on the accelerator after I'm done slowing down the car jerks a bit before accelerating.
