High fiber and high(ish) protein muffins. I made a glaze with chobani zero sugar, 10g select protein powder and 20g almond milk, then stirring together and drizzling over the muffins.
A note about the oat fiber - the brand matters. Some brands taste like cardboard and others taste neutral. I use 500 brand.
I baked them on 350 for 20 minutes (I’d consider doing 18 minutes if I did them again)
