Achilles Rupture Recovery exercises
So I’m just at 4 weeks Post-Op. been to 2 PT sessions. They have me doing really simple exercises I can do at home. “writing“ the alphabet. flexing and pointing. Sliding back and forth with foot pads and using a yoga strap to stretch to neutral. scheduled to start cycling next week. For those who have had a full recovery- returning to pre-injury activity/ explosiveness- What PT exercises have you found most beneficial/ effective?
