I’m currently preparing for the Special Education Specialist 186 exam through the Texas Teachers of Tomorrow alternative certification program. For studying, I’ve been using Mometrix (secret study guide, flashcards, and practice tests), and my program also gave me a one-month subscription to The Learning Liaisons prep course. So far, I’m finding The Learning Liaisons course pretty straightforward and easy to follow, but I’m not sure how closely it aligns with the actual exam difficulty. I’m wondering if anyone has experience using either Mometrix or The Learning Liaisons for this exam and whether they felt it was helpful in actually passing.
Any advice, study strategies, or resource recommendations would be really appreciated. Thank you!
