Location: Right next to University Village. It is about a 5-minute walk to University Village (and grocery store QFC) and about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. It takes less than 10 minutes by bus to UW campus and about 10 minutes by bus to University District. It is also commutable to the South Lake Union area by bus and to downtown Seattle by lightrail.
Safety: The area is pretty safe, and most residents are students.
