I bought the tsa 007 key from the Internet, it fits and turns, but I can't seem to get it able to open as I want to reset my password

My luggage was searched by airport security during transit (I think as it was opened but nothing was stolen), and the original password I'm using suddenly can't work. Nor any normal code.
