logging unilateral exercises?
how do you log your unilateral exercises? for example, I've been logging my kickbacks as 30 reps cause I'm doing 15 per leg. I've seen some people say to create a superset and make one entry for each side cause it helps track which side is weaker. what do you all recommend?
Also another random question but for dead bugs - if I'm doing 10 reps it's 10 total right? so like 5 each side or is it 10 each side? just want to make sure I'm consistent so my progress is tracked accurately
