Hi all, I haven't been diagnosed with epilepsy but am considering seeking advice after some strange instances that haven't happened before.

I've had the obvious recurring deja vu and more recently a rêvé which has been unsettling. However, in the last month I've also started having instances that bring the same feeling as deja vu, but instead I'm just remembering something - and I'm not even sure that what I'm remembering has actually happened. It really takes me aback and afterwards I can't really remember what I was just "remembering".

I wondered if anyone has experienced something similar / there's a term for it or if it could in fact be something else entirely. Thanks.

Been having sleep paralysis my whole life, now reading more on other people's experiences of it. I would be intrigued to know if anyone else's SP is painful physically?

My classic SP episode will feature an immense pressure on my right side, like it's tensing up so much that it feels like a muscle could be pulled. It gets worse when I try to move. There have been times more painful than others but when it's bad, it's bad. I can wake up feeling pretty exhausted from fighting it.

Not worried or anything but I just haven't seen many who get the painful pressure on their side / back and wondered if there is anyone that does.
