Legion 5 Issues New to Windows Please help
Bought a Lenovo Legion 5 sometime in Jan/Feb this year and also have Legion Ultimate Support — but honestly, I'm completely fed up with their service at this point.
My current issue: whenever I connect my laptop to my TV via HDMI (while working or watching something), it randomly shuts down on its own — no warning, no button press, nothing like it force restarts itself all apps are shut. This is happening 2-3 times daily. Also some spots are coming on my laptop honestly i dont know from where did it come why did it come help please i am worried.
For context — I had a different issue before where the laptop would auto-shutdown without any HDMI involved. A support person worked on it remotely and basically told me "it shouldn't happen again, but if it does, let me know and I'll reset laptop but honestly i didn't went to support again." And now here I am with a brand new problem that started specifically after I began using HDMI.
And before anyone asks — it's not a cheap cable issue, it's a ₹1,000 HDMI cable.
Has anyone faced this? What should I do?
