I’m horrified I’ve given myself popcorn lung. I have vaped for on and off for about 2-3 years now. I have jut recently decided to fully quit for health benefits and to get control over my life again and my mental health etc.

I have had this hoarse cough the last two days and my throat hurts so bad. It’s either from irritation or I have developed the hoarse cough that starts with popcorn lung.

My lung sounds sound clear for now but I’m lowkey kinda horrified I’ve done irreversible damage
