Has anyone encountered something similar?

if an external monitor is connected directly to the eGPU, then when I turn on the laptop, the intGPU crashes and there is no image on the laptop screen, otherwise everything works fine,

but if you first turn on the laptop and then connect the monitor to the eGPU, then everything is fine with the built-in video card

I'm just tired of pulling HDMI
