I have a mam/US scheduled for tomorrow after my Dr found a lump in the upper outer quad at 1:00. ............38 years old, no family history

She said it moves which is a good thing and that it's probably nothing but obviously we need to check it out.

I can't even believe I'm saying this, but I completely forgot to tell her that I have occasional itching in just that nipple. No other symptoms

So now I have this "new" lump that Dr found, and I've had itching on and off in that same nipple

I can't help but to jump to worst case scenario

Anyone else ever have occasional itching in just 1 nipple and coincidentally find a lump on the same breast? Freaking out here

EDIT:BENIGN! B-2 Just some fibroglandular tissue

My Dr found a lump a few days ago. She said it's "probably nothing."

Upper outer left quadrant at 1:00

It feels a little rubbery, kind of firm, I don't want to say squishy like a cyst, but it's not "rock hard" either. I can move it around a little bit. Dr noted that it feels "different" than the other tissue. That's what freaks me out!

But I feel like I can feel another lump next to it, or it's as if it's a part of the same lump, if that makes sense?

I do have dense, fibrous breast tissue, especially in the left 1. And I do feel lumps in my breasts but this particular lump stood out. Now It's sore because I've been palpitating it on and off, because that's smart.

I feel like I can feel a ton of pebble like "cysts" or tissue around that same mass in that area.

I've been on Mirena for 2 years now and still get a period, along with random spotting.
I've also had a US/mam of the same breast in 2020 for pain that just showed fibrous tissue.

Going for a mam/US this week. Trying not to think about it all the time but when I do my stomach does flips, my heart beats fast and I get really hot. Yay.

I know there's 100+ posts about fibroadenomas, or benign breast tumors and I feel like I've looked through them all, but if I could get a fresh perspective from anyone, I'd really really appreciate it! I go from feeling positive about it, to spiraling.

I've seen that a lot of fibroadenomas happen to women in their 20's

Any women almost 40 and dealing with this. and it just come out benign?

I can't help but to post here although obviously only time will tell.

38 yr old-2 kids. Mirena IUD for 2 years

My Dr said she felt a moveable lump in the upper outer left breast at my annual exam today

I had a mam in 2020 for left breast pain which came back fine except the Dr told me I have dense fibrous breast tissue

She tried to find the lump again to show me where to palpitate it myself and she had a hard time finding it again but I did end up feeling it..feels a little firmer than the other "lumps" around that area but it doesn't seem fixed

I know 80% of breast lumps are benign but I had my right ovary removed in 2014 to cancel and im torn between convincing myself it's benign, and then spiraling thinking the worst

Waiting for scheduling to call tomorrow for US and mam.
