So, I’m a black student at one of the medical universities. I tend to get alot of stares when i go out and alot of people come up to me to compliment my hair or a couple times take pictures. Is this normal? I heard this place was pretty racist so i kinda prepared for the worst but I’m lowkey really confused😭

One time these kids even asked for an autograph and I’m pretty sure I’m not famous.

So many awkward reactions. Or is it because i live in stara zagora? Would this be any different in Sofia or Varna?

For example, I’m Nigerian and if one of you went to the less exposed parts, everyone would probably look at you with wonder and you’d get alot of awkward interactions that you wouldn’t really get in Abuja or highbrow Lagos.

Hey so I’m a foreign student studying medicine in stara zagora. I’m looking to buy a used car for really cheap as it’s something I’ll use for max 2/3 years due to being in my second year of study(about to be 3rd).

I really want to buy one here but the things i see in this subreddit horrify me😭

Does anyone have suggestions for any cars or places to get one that can minimize problems?

I’m thinking of flying to Germany with my girl to buy it and doing a little road trip back. Is that smart? Also how about car markets in neighboring countries like greece etc?
