Solopreneur, i would like to have any feedback and information on the viability of launching and growing a B2B agency (via subscriptions) by outsourcing all the sales aspects (via commissions or hybrid) while controlling the net profit margin by obtaining a deferred loan of $7500?

Bonjour et merci :

Auto-entrepreneur depuis 1 an sans CA (d'abord pour l'ARCE, puis reprise à temps plein et accompagnement via ETTI) mais offres B2B, modèle et PMF validé, 25 ans avec un RSA de 645€/mois depuis Janvier, ±300€/mois de charges total et 800€ de côté, aucun patrimoine.

J'envisage fortement différents dispositifs et moyens de pouvoir sous-traiter la partie commerciale en maîtrisant la marge des bénéfices nets.

Aussi je souhaiterais savoir quel est la viabilité de l'obtention d'un dispositif de prêt différé (+3 mois, 6 de préférence) de 7000€, malgré mon profil financier ?

Ainsi que la réalité terrain de la sous-traitance de la partie commerciale ; est-ce chose simple de préférence de trouver un Agent Commercial Indépendant rémunéré à la commission ?

Ou via Portage Salarial, bien que plus coûteux au démarrage ?

(La priorité ici est la croissance de l'activité et non à en vivre. Passer en SASU, avec salaire au min à terme.)
